Position Title: Director of Partnership Activation
Location: Barcelona, Spain

The Director, Partnership Activation will serve as part of the leadership team for the American Magic Commercial department, leading all partnership activation-related functions for the American Magic Sailing franchise. Experience with high-performance sailing or with America’s Cup teams is desired, but not necessary. this individual will lead partnership activations for team sponsors. They will develop and implement a strategy, for the activation process. The Director, Partnership Activation will contribute to the team’s overall revenue strategies by developing cost-effective programming for sponsor fulfillment while maintaining clear delivery of sponsor objectives.
Position Title: Director of Hospitality and Events
Location: Barcelona, Spain

American Magic is seeking a Director, Hospitality & Events, who will lead hospitality and event strategy for the 37th America’s Cup in Barcelona, Spain. Candidates should be passionate about events, with a proven track record in managing best-in-class hosting programs of varying scales and scopes. You will be part of a cross-functional team that works closely with clients, external partners, and teammates to develop and execute exceptional corporate hospitality, on-base tours, and team events. Excellent client service, account team and vendor management, budgeting, and communication skills are paramount in this role.
